The limits are the point of this tier, not the small print. Stating them plainly is what keeps the price at 8.80 円 and keeps you from paying for a pass you did not need.

From two business days; documents of 250 words or less come back in two business days at the flat rate. Rush tiers shorten this to one day or four hours for documents up to 600 words, when the order is placed before 16:00 JST.
Lite removes the language errors that make a paper hard to read, and that is often what a desk rejection is about. It does not judge the argument, the structure or the fit with the journal — if you want that read, take Elite or 365.
Lite is a language pass. Elite adds a subject-matter editor who reads the argument and its structure, and includes one re-proofread before submission. Editing 365 keeps the same named editor for a year of re-checks on the same manuscript.
Upload the manuscript through the site, select Editing Lite and add any instructions. The NDA is in force from the moment the file arrives. You receive a fixed quote by word count with the delivery date stated in JST; nothing starts until you agree it.
The Native Check Certificate is the one optional service not available on this tier — it comes with Elite and 365. A plain certificate of editing, naming the document and the service, is issued on request at no extra charge.
