What the year covers, and what it does not
A twelve-month commitment deserves its conditions stated up front rather than discovered in month seven. The rules below are the whole of them.
The year includes

- Unlimited re-editing for 365 days from delivery
- The same named editor through every round of revision
- Peer-review support, valued at 16,500 円
- References checked for spelling, spacing, completeness and format
The year excludes
- Cover revisions exceeding 20% of the text — those are charged again
- Accept partial proofreading: changes are checked against the delivered file
- Include link verification, author-name order or journal-style conformity
- Apply under a Laboratory Support Program account or a student programme
- Include optional services, which are billed separately each time

Standard delivery runs to about a week; we adjust to the size of your project and the deadline you name. Payment is accepted from company budgets, public grants, research funds or personal accounts.

Re-editing policy
Re-editing is available throughout the year. If revisions or additions exceed 20% of the total text, an additional fee applies.
Partial proofreading cannot be accepted: changes are verified against the file we delivered.
After a major rewrite the manuscript may need to be handled as a new order rather than a re-edit.
Optional services and fees
Optional services are billed separately.
Each time you request a re-edit, the fee for any optional service used applies again — once, if it was selected previously.
Billing and invoicing
Invoices are issued after the one-week re-proofreading period that follows delivery.
Any additional charge during your support period is invoiced at the time, in the same format as the first bill.

Yes — that is the point of the tier. The editor who did the first pass keeps the manuscript through every round, so the voice of the paper stays consistent instead of shifting with each new reader.
We compare the file you send back against the one we delivered. If more than a fifth of the text is new or rewritten, that part is charged at 19.25 円 per word — the year covers re-editing, not writing a second paper.
Send it as a new quote request and note that it is for Editing 365. It goes to your editor rather than into the general queue, and you get the delivery date in JST before the work starts.

Yes. The Native Check Certificate names the document and states that it was edited by a native English speaker; on this tier it is included at no extra charge.
