Corporate translation · Tokyo, since 1987
Translated, laid out,
delivered on time.
End-to-end language work for business: subject-matter translation, the layout rebuilt to match your original, and a coordinator who runs the project from the first question to the invoice. Three things, because a translation that arrives late or lands in a broken template is not finished.
Yaku — the translation seal
“The editor captured my intended meaning and handled several rounds of revision — and the file came back in our own template.”

Corporate rates
Choose the level of checking,
not a vaguer package
The three tiers differ by two lines only: whether a native speaker reads the result, and whether a re-proofread is included. Everything above those two lines is in all three. Figures are for the Japanese → English premium course.

Beyond the words
Three things a translation alone does not give you
Quality translation
Crafted by subject-matter translators and reviewed for accuracy, consistency and natural flow in the target language. Every document is read twice, by two named people.
Layout adjustment
We rebuild the layout to match your original design or the format you need, so the translated file looks as professional as it reads — not a plain text dump you have to re-typeset.
Project management
A dedicated coordinator runs every step: the brief, the terminology, the schedule, the delivery and the invoice. One person who knows the account, rather than a queue.
Before the quote
We ask what the document is for
before we price it
Exceptional results begin with understanding. Before quoting, a coordinator takes the time to hear the goal and the constraints — what the document is, who reads it, what happens after it is delivered — so the service we recommend is the one you actually need.
That conversation is also where we say no. If a cheaper tier will do, we will tell you; if the work needs a service we do not offer, we will say that too.
What the coordinator asks
What is the document, and what is it for?
Who reads it — specialists, management, regulators, the public?
Does it have to come back in a particular template or format?
What is the real deadline, and what happens if it slips?
Is there terminology from earlier work we should follow?
Five questions, answered in the quote request, remove most of the back-and-forth that follows.
Supported fields
What we translate, and for whom

Getting the file to us
Four ways in, and we accept the formats you already work in.
The quote request form, email attachment, FTP, or our secure file delivery system — whichever suits your IT policy. Design and layout files are accepted as well as text, which is what makes the layout adjustment service possible.
How it works
Six steps, and an invoice at the end
Submit
Send the manuscript through the quotation form or by email, up to 5 MB.
Set up
First time only: an email arrives to set up My Page and choose a password.
Receive a quote
Your coordinator sends the price and the delivery date, based on the document and what you asked for.
Confirm
Reply to the quotation email to place the order. Nothing starts before that.
Receive
An email when delivery is complete. Download from My Page, or take it as an attachment.
Re-edit, then invoice
Request a re-edit through My Page or email. The invoice follows final delivery, payable by bank transfer or card.

Frequently asked
Questions procurement asks
We rebuild it. Send the design or layout file and the translated document comes back in your template — that is the point of the layout adjustment service, and it is why we accept design files as well as text.
Four ways: the quote request form, an email attachment, FTP, or our secure file delivery system — whichever suits your IT policy.
One coordinator, from the first question to the invoice. They hold the brief, the terminology and the schedule, so you are not re-explaining the account to a queue.
Two lines: whether a native speaker reads the result, and whether a re-proofread is included. Human translation and the three bilingual checks are in all three.
Medicine and pharmaceuticals through every stage to regulatory submission; industry and technology; and the corporate documents a company sends outside its own walls — contracts, reports, internal communications.
After delivery, by bank transfer or card. Corporate accounts are billed per job or on a monthly statement, whichever your accounting prefers.
